REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Eluro Co. LLC, we want you to love your purchase and have a smooth shopping experience with us. Please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders are automatically sent into processing and may no longer be cancelled or modified.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Tags are still attached
• Original packaging is included
• Proof of purchase (such as your order number) is provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Sale, Clearance, or Discounted are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds.

However, these items may qualify for a size exchange only if:

• The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
• The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• The item is returned in resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.

If your requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternative exchange option.

Exchanges

Need a different size?

The quickest way to receive the correct item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

For size exchange requests on eligible items, please contact us first so we can assist you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos or video of the issue
• The item must not show signs of wear or misuse

Once verified, we may offer one of the following:

• A replacement item
• Store credit
• Refund to the original payment method

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved for situations such as:

• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect items received
• Shipping damage confirmed upon delivery

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Normal wear and tear
• Items that have been used or worn
• Returns sent without prior approval
• Sale items or gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

All returns must include a valid tracking number.

We are not responsible for lost return shipments sent without tracking.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing may take 5–10 business days

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

Delivery Responsibility

All orders are shipped with tracking information.

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, Eluro Co. is not responsible for:

• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Packages delivered to the correct address but reported as missing

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Policy Abuse

To protect our business and customers, Eluro Co. reserves the right to deny refunds, returns, or exchanges in cases involving:

• Repeated refund requests
• Suspected fraud or abuse
• Returned items that are used, worn, or damaged

European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

Items must still be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
